Will water access be a non-issue soon?

We now have AWGs [Atmospheric Water Generator]: a powerless or powered, way to extract drinkable water from the humidity in the air. Even in the desert.

Do you think these machines will solve the water issues around the world?

Doubtful.
Enough for survival maybe. But not enough to make meaningful life changing results.

@Picklebobble2 Why do you say that?

@Tatsumi Well the problem is one of geography and geology.
In order for any group or gathering to survive in such places they need good sanitation and an ever steady supply of fresh water.

It might help individuals travelling through, but in order to stay there and be 'life supporting' i'd question whether you could produce sufficient quantities to enable crops to grow sufficiently to be able to use; sell; and re-invest in the basic tech. of drainage; sewage; and plentiful supply.

@Tatsumi But then, who knows ?? Maybe this is just the first step !

Is there still a market to sell water to people? Then there will always be a shortage

I'd love to think so
