I Have to Get This Off My Chest

I just need to get this shit off my chest. I've been hearing voices lately & they're really kickin in & sometimes I'll respond to them outload. It's something I'm used to but it's still hard cause I can't control it. I'm currently getting treatment from my uncle & Reggie ( my therapist/ one to one when I was in the mental hospital. ) I appreciate all their help & care but I don't think it can be cured. It's a scary thing cause I've listened to the voices & they kinda became the reason why I like horrible things. I can't help it tho & that's what some people don't get.
