I just was able to view a underage page.

Did something change here. I'm not into that but I seen that the avatar was not shaded like it should of been so I went to the page. And I was able to view it.

I've been able to view them since this website started. It's all about how you act and what you do or say on here that determines whether or not you can see them. Act too "adult" the site's filters kick in and soft block you from seeing their profile beyond interaction on questions and stories. You probably cleaned up your act.

@hyg346: could be. But I did not really change. I'm thinking it could be because of the nudity settings maybe thay sw can watch better now with the new settings.

You're not the first person I've seen say this, so it's possible they did something. Either changed some filters sensitivity or just reset them altogether on purpose or accident. The admins like Andrew or Nuno might be able to give you a better answer than I can :)
