Please tell me how to get rid of flashback...

It will be 10 years on the 7th since my trauma that lasted only for a few days but I was tainted by so many people... a whole decade but I still have flashbacks and see so much detail like it happened only yesterday plus also memory loss so it’s likeseeing things for the first time, my flashbacks gets scarier

Wow very sorry to hear that dear. 😔🙏 But you're a natural fighter I can sense that, and so I believe a therapist or maybe someone with a YouYube channel about flashbacks, could really help you. That would be my recommendation. Stay very very strong. 🌻
