Did you get your thyroid tested for? What about diabetes?

I have the same problem but mine is caused by anxiety. So that could be one reason.

When you say dehydrated are you referring to a faster than normal heartbeat or thirst?

HYPERTHYROIDISM you are probably getting dehydrated from all the sweating you are doing because that is often the case for myself

I’m assuming if the doctor is saying you’re okay you’ve been tested for diabetes. I noticed I was unusually thirsty and hungry all the time, before I was diagnosed.

I can't contradict a doctor. Especially just based on a very brief post on the internet. If your doctor says you're ok, you probably are.
