Is it a good idea to go trick or treating this year ?

My friend Kao has a novel idea to entertain her 5 yr old this Halloween. She's going to dress everyone up and then take her around the block and come back home, and ring the bell. Her hubby will answer with a 'Trick or Treat's and that's that. 😀
