I used to practice bodybuilding myself and can appreciate female bodybuilding. It's a dedicated lifestyle and eye-opening art form that takes years of discipline and hard work that gives an incredible boost to your confidence. Their testosterone levels go straight up and those in the know, know what that means. Upon first review I'm guessing this model (Chinese Dr. Yuan Herong?) has not used PEDs or limits them.
This model's physique accentuates what mother nature gave her. Her body's primary predilection for leg muscle is seen in the well-formed gluteals which blend smoothly with her quadriceps and hamstrings. She can probably leg press in excess of several hundred pounds easily and definitely hits the abductor/adductor machines often. Her body's secondary predilection for muscle are her obvious compound deltoids that indicate early breakout development from the lateral deltoid into more defined posterior deltoid muscle.
These female muscle predilections give unique character to her physique built over time through hard work, dedication and strict diet. Good for her.
@Larold99 Thanks for the BA! Hitting the weights in a gradual way, maximizing a variety of proteins, carbs and fats along with proper rest will eventually give you good results. Feminine muscle though has a unique character all its own and one that very much I admire. There's nothing like the powerful sensation you get from maxing out, dropping the weights and feeling the blood course through your veins. All natural. Try it, you'll never regret it!
