What kind of horrible act would someone have to do on here to get an IP ban?

Probably just breaking some kind of major rule i guess. But i can't imagine that anyone bans IP's anymore as it's not effective given the access to dynamic IP address allocation from ISP's, free VPN's and free wifi hotspots around town all with different IP addresses.

Idk but it's a pretty easy way to get around an IP ban.

Idk. but u could easily bypass it by using a vpn.

Not likely. Most use mobile phones and the IP address changes from time to time daily.

Harassing others

Maybe harassing the admin or mods, or sending them inappropriate pics. Or maybe threatening someone's life. But like someone said, they could probably get around it with a VPN.
