Ever happen to you?

You come across a sincere question and you try to answer it wanting to help the person. But then, you end up erasing all that you've written for them cuz you think whatever you're saying is quite obvious or has already been conveyed by others?

I REALLY REALLY suck at giving advices. Any time i go to answer someone's question, i just end up erasing everything that i have carefully and considerately typed in.

Actually I often delete my answers before i post them as i think they'll be misinterpreted and be unhelpful.

@amoonlitbarn Thanks! and yes especially if it's either a complicated question or something a bit controversial. Like there's been a couple of questions i replied to about "am i healthy with this body weight" etc, and i'm sure i offended someone somewhere.
