Have you ever been blocked on SW just for saying a comment was unnecessary?

I didn't attack the poster, all I said was that the comment was unnecessary. I was polite and civil about it, so why would that be a justifiable reason to block me?

Whining about the answers you receive on the other hand is extremely disrespectful. If you really don’t want to hear an opinion then don’t ask for it.

I'm sorry you didn't like the answer and felt the need to step outside the bounds of basic human decency in your response.
