Converse has a pastel collection, I think, and they should be available in canvas. Vans are also available in canvas and many colors.

Converse don't have enough support, I walk several miles a day. There are some Vans I like, but they all seem to have [i]some[/i] leather on them. :\

I would try Asics. The Kanmei don't look like running shoes, and I think I saw them in a very pale pink at Road Runner.
