If you could quickly and painlessly end your life, would you?

No. I came very close to doing in years ago, and that horrifies me now.

It's something I've considered. At the end of the day you don't know what tomorrow brings.

Yeah, it's been one sad spiral into the abyss. If I had an out with no pain or repercussions, I'd take it.
