Is anxiety easy to coop with?

Well it depends on what triggers your anxiety I have anxiety and I hate it and not medicated for it my doctor wanted to when I had to have counseling for my anxiety but my mom said no to medicine to help me with my anxiety

I used to have anxiety 24hrs a day. Even in my dreams. I think i broke my anxiety maker bc i hardly feel anything these days

That can be scary. Anxiety can cause heart palpations,sweating, difficulty breathing and sweating. It can make you feel like your dying. Anxiety is no joke and I am speaking from experience.

Listen,go to a doctor, it is scary but necessary. You gotta take care of you.

They also have some over the counter herb supplements for anxiety.
