Am I being brave, or just stupid?

I originally wrote this as a long story but I'm gonna try to keep it short.

My family bloodline is tough. Really, really tough. But I've been sheltered and never been in any fights. I'm tired of being intimidated by troublemakers and I plan to confront the next one I see. Next time someone acts like a public bar is their territory or anything like that, I plan to look them in the eye and say something. I'm scared to do it but I know it will help me be braver in the future.

I realize that this may cause someone to try to physically harm me but that's probably gonna happen anyway and I would rather be brave about it than try to hide from it.

Am I being brave, or am I being stupid? I don't want to stop visiting places just because a random asshole wants to intimidate me!

Please constructively criticize any problems you see here. I want to hear it. Thank you.

you don't want to get in a fight in a public bar ...guess who goes to jail? YOU and most bars have regulars the odds are not in your favor... this is one reason I drink at home and party with friends ,looking for trouble is just that trouble
