why is it that when a dude is still a virgin he is considered a loser by society but when a girl is still one it's a blessing?

An old virgin is ridiculed regardless of gender. It used to be that an unmarried 15 year old girl was called an old maid.

No, both are a blessing.

Because society is often sexist. Women are sometimes considered property to be preserved and untouched as possessions, until they find an “owner”. Men are sometimes expected to treat women as items to “sample” until they choose one.
