Male violence: a sign of exacerbation at female verbal violence, or just an ugly misuse of male powerfulness?

Interesting political debate on BBC politics show about domestic violence suggests underfunding is also a roof cause, but is Britain almost bankrupt? Financially certainly but morally too?

@Dolimyte When I tried to report assaults at the police station I used to get laughed at !
I told them that somebody needed to keep a record of what and when besides me in case it escalated when that was exactly what I was trying to avoid.

@Dolimyte Some time later a neighbour called the police late night re: noises she could here from the flat next door.
Police knocked the door in and found me unconscious on the floor and the place in a state.
