how can i really forget about someone who left me confused and broken?🙄

he said he loved me for 8 months yet i was always the one that seemed to be the problem.. till one day he just cut me off for good and we haven’t spoken in months, seems like it’s been years but i did recently have a dream about him.. not sure what it meant but i feel like he’s trying to come back into my life only to do the same thing again (which i don’t even wanna go through cause i actually lost myself in the process of when it all happened)😑

Your dream was probably a nudge telling you that you need to heal from this. Understand that most of us learned about love from those that didn't really love us. He may have meant it when he said it but lacked understanding of what love really is.
