Really simple. Take a slightly under ripe avocado and slice it, then I put the slices in flour, then I dredge them in almond milk (I use this because I'm a vegan, you could probably use cow's milk or an egg wash if you wanted), then coat in panko or bread crumbs, place them on a baking sheet and spray with olive oil and baked at 400F for about 15 minutes. You can mix in whatever spices you want with the flour or the almond milk (or egg or whatever). I like to squeeze some lime on them and eat them with a cashew sour cream + hot sauce mixture.

Raw is the only way I'll eat avocado. Usually with rice and seaweed.

No I'm pretty sure I'm not missing out by avoiding baked avocado. Having eaten it before in other cooked dishes, it ain't right. I'd say you're missing out on the stuff I eat, but you'd probably disagree since most people find it disgusting to eat hedgehogs and beavers.
