Can you understand Scottish accents?

When I speak English to my Spanish family they don't understand me even tho they're fluent in English.

i grew up and live in london you have to be able to understand like every accent around here hahaha

Last time ah was in London i think i only heard like one normal London accent 😂 Everyone else is from somewhere else.
