Every wonder what food prisoners are allowed to buy while in prison?

While going through some of my paperwork tonight I found an old commissary sheet from prison and thought I'd share and let you all see what convicts are allowed to purchase weekly.

All processed foods. It would be good to be able to purchase fresh fruits and vegetables to supplement their meals.

Was this a federal lockup?
That's a pretty good variety-we only had a fraction of those things at the county detention facility.
