Depends so much on how I age. I'd love to be one of those witty 90 year olds loving life (Dick Van Dike), but I really don't want to go on past the point I don't even know who my loved ones are. So much depends on how my mind ages.

Sometimes I think we die without even knowing it and perhaps this is like our second time around to get it right .... or maybe we get more chances.

Bit more to that. If your diagnosis is guaranteed to advance with terrible suffering (Lou Gehrig's Disease, Parkinson's, MS, CADASIL, Alzheimers', etc.) and yet you are excluded from euthanasia when it does progress, people sometimes have to go earlier than they would otherwise in order to avoid the suffering they are trying to avoid. @Thevy29

I am ready to go now. Bad diagnosis, no treatment or cure. I do not need to suffer. Hope my body cooperates.
