What's going on here?

Starting to get really spooked out.
Keep getting calls at odd times of the day, always a hidden number. They will wait until I pick up and then will put the phone down. This happens regularly.
I also get services calling me such as alcohol addiction, removals, beauty salons and doctors all saying I requested a call back. I did not.
What's going on here?
