How often have you had to remind yourself that work is not a substitute for a life?

Never. I work to live. I don't live to work

Work is 90% of my life if I want it or not

How often? Whenever I see suckups, backstabbers or the office jerk in action, it reminds me of a better life practically anywhere else. Imagine a tour is going through your company and as they describe the place it kinda goes like this: in this room we have the copy machine, in this room we have the widget maker, and in this room we have the "Robert" - just put a quarter in the slot behind his neck and he works!

It's gotta get better than this.

Never. Work is the best part of life and certainly the only enjoyable part of it. I wish I could work, my life is empty without it.

I think that I have a good balance of the two.
