Ok, honestly, what "essentials" are you really desperate to put into your shopping trolley when you're allowed out...

...apart from the obvious 'milk & bread', that is...

@Orlbe I dont know where you are but I bake bread every day or two and I've been ordering flour online from Walmart. Amazon has it too but its more expensive. Both deliver.

@redredred I am in Australia. Supermarkets still open and we're allowed to go ( for now) I am just trying to minimise my interactions with strangers. I will go and get it tomorrow. Thank you.
What kind bread do you make? Please share easy recipe for me to try..:)

@Orlbe I've had the same sour dough starter for more than a year now. Access the first and second Tartine books and follow his sour dough process and recipe. It is an incredibly easy recipe, no kneading, all it requires is time. It takes all day but the actual work is minimal.

You will need a scale and a covered baking dish. I use a cast iron Lodge pot and baking parchment and I get fantastic results; as good as any artisanal bakery product Ive ever had.
