Ladies.....Do you go barefoot often?

I'm always barefoot at home. My shoes come off at the door along with my socks on the rare occasion that I'm wearing them. I also tend to be barefoot in my garden.

I'm a teacher and as I feel much more relaxed and therefore more confident when I'm shoeless, I often kick my shoes off under the desk and teach in bare feet.

I find feeling the ground beneath my feet soothing and daily grounding has helped massively with my anxiety and panic attacks so sometimes I randomly end up taking my shoes off and walking barefoot in weird and wonderful places purely because I'm stressed or anxious and need to feel the ground.

I have been barefooted since the first week of April 2018.Before that my feet were bare a lot,out socially and at work and more.There was no uniform required for us girls at high school and in the warmer weather I regularly wore short shorts with my feet bare at school.

Barefoot everywhere always.
