How sedentary are you

With the exception of a good night's sleep, I am in motion most of the day.

Well, when I get off the couch there is a velcro ripping sound.

Too much sedentary lifestyle for my own good.

So much so I worry about my long-term health.

WAY too sedentary since the Coronavirus outbreak.

I'm in motion most the time.

Easy does it!

A bit. Active at work, but like to rest at home

More now since Covid-19.
