@Asm0deus thanks, i sure hope it gets better. hard to imagine when you're in it but i remember this feeling, it goes away and then it stops hurting. but the idea that what was once so precious will one day mean nothing is also sad and tragic.

@Dewms she was seeing someone else at the same time. the guy used her phone while she slepped to call me because he saw messages from me. him and me talked for 2 days. he sent me videos and picture to proove to me that they were involved because she was denying everything. i have grafic images from the videos in my head of the woman i was in love with getting it on with someone else. I'm so sad right now. and she says she regrets what she did and she loves me.
