Have you ever used the phrase "back in my time" to someone younger than you?

Back in my day, young Adam, we never used phrases like that. Now off you go and play football with your chums - tea is at six!

No. And I won't do that shit when I get old either.
I even used it on older people.
Whenever I talk to my younger sister.
