Do you ever feel trapped?

I used to. I did some reflecting and realized I was like a bird in front of an open cage door.

Yes, most of the time. I have fears because of that, because I know I'm not free and I don't think that being free at this point I would survive. I'm like those domesticated animals.

Escape for a week or a weekend. If you have the money, spoil yourself with a retreat by yourself with Relais and Chateaux. They are costly but very very well worth it.
