The second most common general misconception that I've noticed is when people think that they know the full spectrum of other people's thought processes.

The most compelling thing that I know about myself is that I can not know myself to others.

As for emotion. All that is to me is letting me letting my mind know the transient reasonings of my heart.

It makes any comparison impossible. That's amusingly ironic. 🤔😖😖😂

It may be true to say that they make it tougher for themselves.

It may be visibly harder - but if someone is unable or unwilling to express emotion, it may be harder for them in the long run.

I dont think life itself is tougher. But people who feel more deeply may go through ( even put themselves through) more pain and anguish.

Lack of emotional control doesn’t seem to enhance enjoyment.

It’s easier to be emotional. Easy doesn’t equate to tough.
