What should I do ?

My mom is coming to live with me but she only wants to live with me because my sister is moving to another city with her boyfriend and she only calls when she wants something. My sister lets her drive her car around. But then she also helps her babysit. But when it comes to me I don’t get the good end of the stick .... I hate to sound bitter I’m not sure how to feel when she moves in because I get irritated when she come around. She just sits on her phone and talk all day while I’m relaxing. I’m kind of confused and overwhelmed as to what to do.

Why does she need to live with you? Is she infirm or destitute?

If she must come live with you, can you find a way to give her her own place on the property? Like building a room or apartment out of the garage? The more space, the better.

Give her chores and things to do... if she's living with you, then it's reasonable to expect her to chip in with the daily task load.
