@SassyBunn Because there are a bunch of dumb ass people in the south. And there's nothing to do. And it's ridiculously hot. And a bunch of Republicans live there. Lol
approachingmyexpirationdate · 61-69, M
@SW-User actually the south is ver mobile and the influx of oiut of staters has affected the more citified areas. I was watching a show about ted bundy in the 70s and 80s and i could not believe how backwards those people seemed.
SW-User
@SW-User shithole states.
SwampFlower · 31-35, F
Alabama, Missouri, Kentucky.

SassyBunn · 31-35, F
Missouri sounds like misery 😂😂@SwampFlower
SW-User
@SwampFlower lol horrible.
ravenwind43 · 51-55, F
Florida.
QuixoticSoul · 41-45, M
@ravenwind43 Florida has some gorgeous parts. And also some of the worst places I’ve seen in this country. Definitely a lot of variety in that state.
ravenwind43 · 51-55, F
@QuixoticSoul Fair enough. Realistically all states have some benefits lol
Prison1203 · 61-69, M
Any that are run by democrats
QuixoticSoul · 41-45, M
@Prison1203 Ah, you just don’t understand what these words mean.
Prison1203 · 61-69, M
QuixoticSoul · 41-45, M

Mississippi; Alabama; Georgia....anywhere in that Tornado zone.
All fine places i'm sure but the idea of going to bed and having your home/life blown away by a Tornado at night.....

New York or California (and yes, I've spent time in both)
Prison1203 · 61-69, M
Aww, walk away when you get the facts slapped in your face, run away little commie, btw, Nestle and Toyota are hardly failing businesses that have left the shithole called California, plus many more big name companies, maybe you should do some homework and get your shit together https://www.forbes.com/sites/thomasdelbeccaro/2018/04/19/the-top-four-reasons-california-is-unsustainable/#1ab7c1ac3a23
LonelyMan · M
California- full of looney tunes.
Sicarium · 46-50, M
New York.
ravenwind43 · 51-55, F
@Sicarium NO to the city....parts of the state are beautiful.
Sicarium · 46-50, M
@ravenwind43 Yeah, parts of the state are. But NYC rules politically, which means you really don't have a voice outside the city.
ravenwind43 · 51-55, F
@Sicarium Yep...pretty much any rural area of a state are the throwaway votes.
AnarchoMetalchic · 36-40
New York, Florida or California.
poisonouscupcake · 22-25, F
all of the deep south sans louisiana

SW-User
@SW-User yes.
Stillwaiting · M
@SW-User Parts of Utah are gorgeous
Yall are ugly for hating on Florida & the South. 😅
I would live anywhere that is near large bodies of water & has a diverse population tbh.

Straylight · 31-35, F
@DarlingSelah Right? I live in Louisiana, so I love how everyone hates the south until its Mardi gras.
CountScrofula · 41-45, M
Nebraska seems pretty awful. Florida seems like hell unless you're rich.
SassyBunn · 31-35, F
Lol. Sounds accurate about Florida. What’s wrong with Nebraska?@CountScrofula
CountScrofula · 41-45, M
@SassyBunn It just seems like all the stuff that's not great about the midwest super-concentrated. So featureless bland small-minded conservatism. Maybe it has a lot more to offer but I've never heard someone from there say very much nice about it.
SassyBunn · 31-35, F
I suppose, if that’s what you don’t like. I don’t think I would fit in well in California. 😅@CountScrofula
Honestly probably most of them. I hate hot weather so there goes the south right there.
Reflection2 · 41-45, M
I do love to live there in the wilderness. Away from all in lush push nature.
SassyBunn · 31-35, F
That part would be nice @Reflection2
luckranger71 · 51-55, M

whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
So far America looks like a place to visit, not live in.
Straylight · 31-35, F
The earth is uncomfortable. Wake me up when we have orbital colonies.
AbbeyRhode · F
California.
Thinkerbell · 41-45, F
@AbbeyRhode
California was ONCE pretty great,
But the lunatic libbies, of late,
In their seizure of power
Have wilted the flower,
Creating a soiled third-world state.

@Thinkerbell Well said, and true! And now they want to do the same to the rest of the country.
Thinkerbell · 41-45, F
JarJarBoom · 41-45, F
Probably the deep south, bible belt area....
SW-User
Nebraska.
approachingmyexpirationdate · 61-69, M
@SW-User especially in the tornado season.
SW-User
True, but I was more thinking that once you’re west of Lincoln, there’s practically nothing until you hit Ft Collins @approachingmyexpirationdate
SassyBunn · 31-35, F
You mean like the whole state of Montana? 😆😆@SW-User
Asm0deus · F
I would say Florida, California, Utah, Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, Kansas, West Virginia, Arizona, and North and South Carolina.
SW-User

hunkalove · 61-69, M
Texas. Florida.
NiftyWhite · 46-50, F
any of them.
Ynotisay · M
While I know there's some nice areas (and nice people), anything south of the Mason/Dixon line would be a hard no for me. As a Progressive atheist who likes mountains they wouldn't like me either so...win-win.

QuixoticSoul · 41-45, M
Dunno, Alaska can be pretty sweet if you’re into outdoors. Seems like it sucks to arrive there single though lmao.
SassyBunn · 31-35, F
Probably. Isn’t dark a lot though?@QuixoticSoul
SW-User
@QuixoticSoul that reminds me of the movie into the wild. 🥶
QuixoticSoul · 41-45, M
@SassyBunn Only a small chunk of Alaska is above the arctic circle, so you have to get pretty far North for things to get pretty crazy.
Otherwise, you get long days in the summer and short days in the winter, but nothing too extreme.

Keepitsimple · 51-55, F
Probably most southern states as I don’t want to say hi to everybody I walk past and I think the pace is to slow for me and I don’t have the patience.
Shannon27 · M
Oklahoma because of the weather, tornadoes, floods and hot summers and cold winters.
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
@Shannon27 Was that a "For"? Or an "against"?
Shannon27 · M
@whowasthatmaskedman I would not live there for those reasons. I forgot to mention to many republicans.
Keeper · M
I grew up in picturesque mountainous areas, so Texas would be out for me...Way too flat.
jomsim · 26-30, M
Alaska would probably be my first choice, and Alabama last.
approachingmyexpirationdate · 61-69, M
With the heat and humidity...i totally agree.
