Other than macaroni and cheese what is your favorite traditional Italian dish?

I thought mac and cheese was American.

Some of the ones I cook, from time to time

Bagna Cauda.
Risotto alle funghi porcini.
Raviolli alle Pesto e Sardo.
Focaccia.
Fainá.
Tagliolini ai frutti di mare

I don't think mac & cheese is Italian, but this pretty much is I could be wrong.
