Do you know or have you experienced flexible careers?

My career is okay but often with up to 12 hrs shifts. I hunger for freedom and balance plus increasing my potential. Thinking about starting something new in 3 to 5 years.

Ideas ? Experiences ? Google is nice but I hope to gain insight from people who have been there and done that.

I can contribute way more to the world if I only make a little more balance 😄

I don't know what you mean by flexible careers if you mean flexible hours I have never had that kind of job.

@Girlyfriendcollecting I understand. Freedom usually means risk XD. With global scale market changing I believe flexible options will open up.. just wondered if someone had experience with that kind of careers.

@Busybee333 I had a friend who worked at Starbucks. He said because of his good behavior and customer reviews he got promoted to get better money . I think hardworking people are always welcome everywhere

Yes.. I kicked my job at 32 and been on flexible career all along and have enjoyed the freedom and liberty to build my own stuffs. The world is full of opportunities but one needs to understand what they are cut-up for before choosing a path.

Not afraid to think in global scale. Having bachelor degree in social sciences so far. Not afraid to study extra (I am stubborn) but don't have the patience for a PhD. Lol.
