No, I can picture things from my past fairly easily. I can remember sounds and smells and physical sensations too. I would hate to have that condition.

Yes, I'm terribly uncreative
Lostpoet · M
@Moosepantspatty But some people it's just blackness if they try to imagine something, like if you ask them to describe a childhood memory, they wouldn't be able to picture that memory.
Moosepantspatty · 31-35, M
@Lostpoet yeah, I can recall what happened, like I can describe an apple, I can draw an apple, I know what it looks like, but I cant visualize it in my mind.
Lostpoet · M
@Moosepantspatty I guess you're right on that you dont have to be able to see something in order to describe it.

No I am grateful I do not have that
SW-User
No. I've never heard of that before.
SW-User
No, i don't have that problem

@SW-User Me either I would hate to go through life without an imagination. I've read that Einstein only thought in images and he didn't have an inner inner dialogue. I'd also hate to go through life not having that either.

@Lostpoet
No inner dialogue might be a blessing sometimes..
I have to meditate to get there, and even then it's not easy.

SW-User
Nope. Do you?
Lostpoet · M
@SW-User Nope. I usually have to picture words in my minds eye to even spell things.
