Is this normal at 22 ??

I just went through some of the old pictures on my phone and can’t realise how much I’ve changed over the span of 2-3 years... I feel like an entirely different person who isn’t related to the person I used to be, for worse. It’s been baffling me all day long but, I’m starting to think I don’t like who I’m turning into.. is this normal ? To have a middle-age crisis at this very early age ?

It's normal to change very quickly, yes. It's also pretty normal to be confused about or unhappy with those changes. Decide who you want to be and make adjustments as needed. You've got the rest of your life to figure it out. Good luck.

That isn't a mid-life crisis. A mid-life crisis is when you start realizing how old you are getting and start thinking about your own mortality and major life decisions you may have failed or could have done better at (and not just in the same way that anyone can have regrets). And it effects your decisions and way of thinking, you might start doing things to make yourself feel younger.

Yes but, I just feel like I’m not even related to the person I was. I just don’t know how to phrase it but I feel like I’m letting myself down and not being who I WANT to be @Redstar

Just wait until you hit your 30s... you're going to look back at you right now and wish you were this nice.

People change constantly and it is totally normal to have a crisis of self at any age. Maybe not in infancy but maybe that's why they cry so much.

Just overall development really. Don’t care much about appearance wise because there is nothing I can do about it (obviously) and MASSIVE personality issues. @MarkPaul
