What about The Valeska Twins from Gotham?
They're considered as proto-jokers but many people consider them as the joker, and it is only stated that only the higher people don't allow the show to use the name Joker.

@Greenmantree44 Never seen Gotham. It looks too teeny bopper for me tbh. I googled them though and they look like a Joker/Two face representation.

Oh yeah, because Gotham is an origin story, showing those characters before they became batman, catwoman, and all. (like when they were young)
I only got interested when I saw Jeremiah Valeska and he made me got interested in The Joker and the laughing and all.
In short:
Jerome Valeska: Maniacal version and his laughter is what made people think he's the joker. Died, but turned his twin brother with the laughing gas (special mix).
Jeremiah Valeska: Ambitious version and took over. In the last season, it ended with him falling into the acid vat and comatose since then.
I'm waiting for the last two episodes next month, just want to see him.
There are people who included the valeska twins with the legendary jokers like health ledger, mark hamill, and the one from suicide squad movie.
