@MushroomFaerie with alcohol, it can go nuts on your liver and ... well it gets bad quicklike. you're better off with aspirin or one of the other ones.

@stound I've mixed worse. Its okay to take on a hangy

@stound I think the worst has been fully aware of bad mood but despite my best efforts and deep breathing and pauses before responding to emails etc... I've still just been b!tchy as hell.

@YourBuddyRandall just start small and keep working. you'll get overwhelmed and that's ok. you'll need a break and that's cool. but when you can look and see some progress, it'll be encouraging.
