Workout. The you're just too tired to stay up. Your body just kinda forces you to sleep. And it's always a nice feeling sleeping after a good exercise.

Have dinner 3 hours before sleep. Sleep early get up early. Mix exercise and a walk before you go to bed.
In case you are not asleep, drink warm milk with sugar or a little honey.
