Misconceptions about feminist movements ?

Modern feminism is absolutely not about “targeting a world full of harmony where women are treated fairly”.

Firstly, the world will never be harmonious (to have a world comprised entirely of harmony, would require all types of people to “get along”, which is not only implausible but impossible because of how human psychology works), and then there is the rather rudimentary fact that women are already treated “fairly”. In truth, women have many privileges that men do not.

These is a disconnect between the definition and practice though. Especially in western countries. In the extreme it is now a hate group. That is why I drop the name and use egalitarian instead. Let the haters have the term feminist. It is too dirty to be cleaned.

Pretty mcuh. People lovely to ludicrously over-exaggerate feminist arguments because I think its more comfortable for them to maintain a status quo than to genuinely envision a better world.

People love to complain about “modern feminism” because their world view is extremely limited. They don’t think about women who are denied their basic rights and don’t have a choice in their own lives, empowering such women is what feminism is about

The radicals have ruined a once noble cause and tried to replace it with misandry. Which leaves a bad taste whenever I hear the word feminism now. It's a shame.
