Self Sabotaging
Really need to stop this. I always assume people have no interest in being my friend or getting to know me or whatever. It’s probably because of bad past experiences but my attitude doesn’t help

I think it's probably a defense, considering your bad past experiences. But at this point, you may be killing a fly with a cannonball. Not everyone is going to give you a hard time, and human connections are vital. If you want to have a chance at making a friend, you're going to have to take one.
