You need to seek psychological help before you make fatal decisions. Write down the changes you want to see happen in your life and get out of the pity party mode, work harder on changing yourself. There's never a better physician than yourself and you're your own success story. Good luck I know it's not easy but try, I know you can do it.

@Flowers90 theres your problem. You need a lifestyle makeover girl. Get yourself addicted to the gym, exercize, eat healthy, find new hobbies. Like yoga, kayaking, fucking hunting and fishing idk but stop doing that shit or youre just gunna keep being sad.
Ive been in your shoes. Exercise was like magnetic, i hated it but once i got into it that was my after work routine then goofy shit like kayaking and hiking on weekends.
But now im an alcoholic but nevermind that.
