Anyone else suddenly find themselves disinterested In everything?

Over the last couple months I've really noticed a decline in my interest in anything. I wonder what would help?

Yes. And completely unable to focus. Thank goodness it will pass though. I've been having a crazy year, it tanked me majorly.

@DancingStarGoddess yeah, my mom died back in April (age 98) and it kind of threw me.

@Tastyfrzz same, mine died in March, and my brother tried to kill himself the day of her funeral and it made him have a stroke. He's alive but his life is harder now. He can't rely on anyone but me.
