If you could go back in time, would you do anything differently?

I know one thing I'd have goddamn done!!! At 14 when I had my first partial seizure I'd have been like "OI MUM!!! In the previous timeline I had no FUCKING idea what that just was that happened, but in this timeline I know, we need to get to the hospital right away!!!". Instead of having to wait till I was 28 for the doctors and such to work out what they were.

A very good reply that I usually give when asked similarly. Though the other question that remains is, if you can change anything in the past that already happened in the present. (example could be Harry Potter watching himself casting the patronus at the lake)
