How many of these murders are currently 'unsolved cases' one wonders ?
Great way to get a great clear-up case rate if you were so minded to pay a 'nobody who'll be missed' patsy to take the fall.

How did the feds allow it to get that far!! Anyways, it's great news for the families to finally have closure.

Regardless the color of the man, I just hope he gets what he fully deserves.
