That depends on what you mean by a reason. I think that everything is always caused by something, so there's always a reason why something happens. But do I think that everything serves some positive purpose in the grand scheme of things? No.

No. That would mean some force controls every action, and I reject that belief.

Sometimes, but I also believe things happen at random too...it's just one of the mysteries of life.
