How do you deal with those who wrong you?

I cut them off. I cut so many people off recently and it's not even because they've wronged me, they just annoy me lol

To plot vengeance is way to irritating to me, if someone screws me over, I give it some thought and if I decide it is intentional, I pretty much write that person off as not worthy of my time. I am a big believer in karma, what comes around goes around. There have been many times in my life where someone screwed me over and in the end, they got screwed over even worse. The big thing for me is to let it go. If it wasn't intentional, the person probably doesn't even consider it, so if I stay angry about it I am the one losing sleep. If it was intentional, the person doesn't care and I am the one losing sleep. The next time they need help, I will make sure I am unavailable. I recently got screwed over by a sibling who was administering a will for a deceased family member. A piece of property was to be shared among the 3 of us, in administrating the will, the property went to one, if they didn't want their share, that is fine but I did want my share and they had no right to diverge from the will. So, I will contest the will and the administrator can explain why the deviation from the will was made. If there issue can't be resolved to my satisfaction, in the state I live in, I can sue for damages and I will follow that course of action. In the mean time, this person has been written out of my life. This person brings no value to my life and freeloaders are too much of a drag on my own family.

Confront them then depending on their reply, either keep them around at a distance or completely cut them out. Idc if it's my own mother- if someone mistreats me, they don't stay in my life.

If they stay out of my way afterwards, I dont. If they make a conscious effort to continue wronging me, I remove them by any means necessary

I try to talk to them about it and see what's going on. Their reasons are very important.

Freedom from the event, the person, is to forgive. Then the chain that you hold, tied to this person is let go, else you carry them with you.

You will add more people to this chain, why? Some will remind you of this person, as more people will trigger you, to some similar incident.

In general though, I'm very skilled at tucking away the pain and forgiving people.

I suppose I ignore them because I don't remember a time when someone seriously wronged me.

I wish bad karma on them and try to move on. I hold grudges to my grave but being vindictive is a waste of time
