Maybe it's a sign that you should change things, in your life I mean? In my darkest years I could hardly drag myself out of bed, so I now what you mean! But since things changed in my life, I love waking up, looking forward to every new day.

No wonder you have a had time waking up. Seems like you need to make changes, but I know you can't do that in one day. I don't pretend to be able to help you, but what has helped me a lot, was when someone told me to plan 2 hours each day to do one thing I really wanted to do. Like, before bedtime I planned to watch my favourite movie the next day, or visit the friend I'd missed, or going to the beach, like that.

Not many people enjoy there work, I'm fortunate, after more than my fair share of life issues i work 3 day week, I'm skint(ish)But life's to short to be miserable
