Have you ever met somebody who looked as if they disliked you at the first sight?

You just met a group of new people. You don't know each other and you try to be friendly to everybody. Everybody seems to respond to you the same, except for one who talks normally to others but when you try talking to them they give you a cold one word reply, don't even look into your eyes and you feel that they just don't want to talk to you.

I met three people like that. All men.

Well, yeah. I got brown skin and dreadlocks, they got preconceptions. Things add up that way

@CrazyMusicLover It's inevitable. I'm trying to get a job where I never have to talk to people. That'll be the dream
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
@1455spd I wish you good luck. That's an ideal job for me too. :D

I have only met few who behave this way and I just think it insane but ehh... What can you do not everyone will like you and that's ok

Life's too short to worry about those types of negatives

@iQuit I know but It's just so weird. I always wonder if there's something wrong with my way of approaching people, because how can someone dislike you when they don't know a single thing about you?

@CrazyMusicLover my guess is there is seriously something wrong with them that they have to be hateful to a complete stranger whose done nothing to them to justify their actions or words.

People are crazy sometimes don't over analyze this or it can drive you insane and really no need to give them attention they don't merit with their actions.

@iQuit That's very true.

I was talking to a woman I know on Saturday morning we'd both just completed a parkrun, she was telling me how she'd run with 'Tommo' because he was about the same speed as her and then said here he is now... the look on his face when he saw her talking to me (it could have been any man), the lad clearly thought his 'luck was in' that morning! I had further training to do but was hanging around in the park whilst they and a third person went for a coffee. It wasn't long before the third person resurfaced to make her way home!
Yes. Usually women. Certain women who don't like my humor, my less-than-popular personality, my confidence, insecurities, or my faith.

We're all different. If we can't celebrate our differences, how are we to embrace each other's individuality? Similarities are often beautiful, too. We're able to not just learn from new points of view, but understand and lift up one another in our understanding of one another. There is often something to learn, something to gain. The point is that we might be ready to see, and listen.

Yep 😂 I find it amusing bc it’s just ignorance.... I think we are all guilty of being weary of others etc if we don’t know them or if the energy is bad but full on judgement and hate is too funny to comprehend to me 🌸

I think that's normal even when u go to diff places you'll run into diff faces and same old problem. Just be careful of these people they can be double standard but I may be wrong.

Not for a long time.
I have the opposite problem now, everyone thinks they like me /'have a connection with me' and it's something I'm not feeling. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Yes. Ignoring negativity doesn't suck. Even when they're men. Or women. For me, it's women.
TheCoolestCat · 31-35, M
when youre delusional everyone is the enemy,,,, even your friends
SW-User
Yes they're usually women. 😓
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
@SW-User I'm sorry. Do you have an idea why is that?
SW-User
@CrazyMusicLover Maybe when I was younger I kinda did, but nope. 🤷‍♂️
