Find some good things that have already happened that day. There are always some eg breakfast of some type, you woke up, you can think smell breathe. All little things that we positively experience even on most bad days
Breath, examine the feelings! Have a treat, Chill with music, reading, run 3-6-12 miles, go for a long drive, swim, Volunteerin.

If I am sad I cry.
I tell myself tommorow will be better and it usually is.
I write it out often,that helps,too.

It depends on the time of day and the amount of time available
Beer in da left hand, zooty in the right hand, job done
Good coffee and chocolate and a conversation with a good friend.
